About Design Corner
Design Corner is an interior design office developed in March 2001, which specializes in retail, residential, hotel and commercial design.
While working for a design firm in Manayunk, Philadelphia, I dealt with healthcare projects in the Philadelphia region (UHS). I later moved to Athens, Greece where I opened my own design firm and have worked on projects in Greece and all over the world, remotely, while collaborating with the engineer and work crews on site. My clientele list includes a wide variety.
To name a few: designing and building a home on the Mozambique River, projects in Philadelphia (such as “Opa Tavern”, “Four Seasons” bar / restaurant, “Savvas”), creating a glamping resort on the island of Kos “Sails on Kos”, hotel design “Prima Vista Boutique Hotel”, “Athens Heritage”, retail design (creating an entire chain store in Albania, “Globe”), working and creating shop drawings with many top retail stores such as “Vodafone”, “Public” (in collaboration with “Red-Design”, England), Telestet, pharmacies and restaurants such as “Divan” Glyfada, franchise “Spitiki Kouzina”, T-Square Glyfada Golf club, “Kamaronia” and many more.
Design Corners’ goal is to understand and relate with the clients’ needs and wants while solving the design challenge in the most professional manner and creating harmonious spaces which reflect form, space and function. By emphasizing on basic planning, functional design and interior architecture rather than decoration, Design Corner has an unlimited basis for creating unique interiors. Design Corner finds solutions for small simple spaces, grand interior spaces, and exterior spaces. No matter what the space, location or mood, Design Corner’s main objective is to satisfy customers by offering creative solutions and giving Professional Advice.
In order to design a creative interior the following design process occurs: Site inspection and measurements, photographs and analysis, Schematic and conceptual design, Space Planning, Design development, Final construction drawings, Materials, Colors, Fabrics, Finishes, furniture and lighting selections, Construction Management and Execution of the design with on site professional advice.
The drawings which our clients receive: Plans, Sections, Elevations, Electrical plans, Reflected Ceiling Plans, Detail drawings, Furniture Drawings, 3d drawings with colors and materials.
About Stavroula Bottos

Stavroula Bottos is an honors graduate from Philadelphia University, Pennsylvania. Born and raised in the United States, Stavroula first used her knowledge and hands on experience as a healthcare interior designer in Philadelphia. Later continuing a career in Athens, Greece, Stavroula created Design Corner and has since then worked with clients worldwide, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, Canada, Australia, Mozambique, Albania, and Brazil.
Interior and exterior architectural design in retail, residential, hotel, healthcare, commercial and landscaping are areas which Stavroula has experience and expertise, as well as over 15 years of custom furniture design.
Design is an unlimited joy and pleasure, and my clients’ are my key motivation.
